From tenant communication to maintenance coordination and rent administration, our management service brings the moving parts together.
We'll explain our service, fees and terms before you instruct us, including the work covered and any additional charges that may apply.
Start with a conversation about your property, current tenancy and the service you're looking for. We'll explain how we can help and discuss your existing agent's notice and handover arrangements.YOUR PART: Share your agreement and priorities.
Once you've instructed us and authorised contact, we'll liaise with your current agent to request the records and keys, agree the practical handover and identify anything outstanding.OUR PART: Coordinate the details and flag gaps.
We'll introduce ourselves to your tenants, confirm the contact and payment arrangements from the agreed date, and establish the priorities for managing your property.TOGETHER: Confirm the start date and next actions.
The timing depends on your existing agreement and the handover information available. We'll agree a realistic plan with you before the change takes place.

Often, yes. Changing the managing agent does not itself end the tenancy. The practical timing depends on your agency agreement and the arrangements for the handover. We'll discuss these with you before agreeing a start date.
You'll need to authorise the change and comply with your agreement's notice requirements. Once instructed and authorised, we can liaise with the agent about the practical handover and keep you informed about anything that needs your input.
We'll explain our fees and terms before you commit. Your current agent may have notice-period charges, an exit fee or continuing commission under their agreement. Check these separately so you can assess the full cost of moving.
We'll plan the introduction and explain the new contact details and any payment changes from the agreed date. The handover should make clear who receives each payment and who deals with maintenance, so tenants aren't left with conflicting instructions.
We first establish where it is held, how it is protected and who is responsible for it. Any transfer or update follows the relevant scheme's process, with the required permissions and information. It isn't treated as an ordinary payment between agents.
